Select “I want to start a business in WA State.”

Choose ownership structure.

Confirm you have the required information.

Fill out required information for each Owner and Officer.

Do you want workers’ compensation coverage?

Fill out Physical location and verify address.

Choose yes to “Is the business mailing address the same as the physical business address?”, or fill out mailing address and verify.

Enter first date operating and estimated gross income in Washington.

Fill out contact information.

Search for up to five business activities.

Check for any required endorsements.

Verify summary is correct before proceeding.

Choose method of payment, Bank account, Credit or Debit card.
